Some good savings from Sandy last week

Colgate Toothpaste $3.49 (actually bought the wrong one – should have been the $2.99 one with a $2.00 rebate)
1 Blink Tears $7.99 - (Free after Rebate)
4 Kleenex BOGO $5.00 ($2.49 x2)
Total: $20.48
$5 off $20 coupon -$5.00
Kleenex (rite aid) -$1.00
Kleenex (mf) -$1.00
Aunt Jem Pan. -$1.00
1 Blink Tears -$2.00
1 Blink Tears -$1.00
Col. Toothpaste -$ .35
Total: $9.11
Rebate total: -$7.99 and should be $2.00 for Colgate but may return to get right one - so the rebate should be $9.99
Paid out of Pocket $1.12
If I go and take back Colgate and get the right amount for rebate check then the cost would be an overage of $.88
So we will see in a couple of days what the rebate check looks like on line to determine if I will be taking the Colgate back.
CVS DEAL

1st Transaction:

2 Dove Mens body and face soap $5.49 x 2 = $10.98 - 2.50 mfg coupons = Total out of pocket $8.99. Received $10.98 ECB = so its like an overage of $2.01

2nd Transaction:

2 packs of Huggies Diapers 2 for $20-$4.00 Int coupon-$10.98 ECB earned from previous transaction= 5.02 out of pocket...BUT left with $5 ECB...so its like paying .02!!!


Great deals Sandy. I often do two transactions at CVS in order to use the ECB right away esp if I'm strapped for cash that week!!! Great deals!! Keep it coming.
